How does the Pro trial work?
Pro includes a 14-day free trial on both monthly and yearly plans. We collect a payment method up front, but you won't be charged until the trial ends — cancel anytime before then for free.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. Change plan from your billing portal — we prorate the difference immediately so you only ever pay for what you use.
Who handles billing?
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles invoicing, tax, and refunds globally.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account or via paddle.net. You keep access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are available within 30 days — see our refund policy.
