How does the Professional trial work?
Create an account and your 14-day Professional trial starts straight away — no payment card required. You get the full Professional plan from day one. When the 14 days are up the account simply moves to the Free plan; nothing is charged unless you choose to subscribe.
Why per workspace instead of per user?
CleanabilityIQ creates value at building and portfolio level, and charging for every collaborator discourages adoption. Plans include a set number of assessors; extra assessor seats are £15/month on Professional and £12/month on Team. Viewer and client-reviewer access is always free.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. Change plan from your billing portal — we prorate the difference immediately so you only ever pay for what you use. Yearly plans include two months free.
Who handles billing?
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles invoicing, VAT and other sales taxes, and refunds globally. Prices are listed in GBP excluding VAT; the correct tax for your location is added at checkout.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account or via paddle.net. You keep access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are available within 30 days — see our refund policy.
