This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the CleanabilityIQ platform, operated by Proxy Scholar Ltd.

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid CleanabilityIQ subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and locate your order using the email address used at checkout, or
2. Email us at support@cleanabilityiq.com and we will assist with the request.

Once approved, refunds are typically credited back to your original payment method within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

After the 30-day window

Outside the 30-day window, refunds are issued at our discretion and in line with Paddle's refund policy. You can cancel an active subscription at any time to stop future charges; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or via paddle.net. After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period.
